Oriana the Senator

The office of Lella Golfo, president of the Bellisario Foundation, was brutally vandalized after she wrote an article for the newspaper Libero, proposing to nominate Oriana Fallaci Senator For Life (Senatore a vita).

Under the title "Oriana Senatore a vita? We understand, but we do not agree", Liberalcafe.it brings the full petition, addressed to the President of the Republic, with instructions on how to sign the appeal.

This is the least Italy can do for the strongest woman it has ever seen, and I hope her opposers will lose this battle.


Amongst the other 'candidates' for the title: Ellio Toaff, former chief Rabbi of Italy.
